Because every Wealth Chaser hat is embroidered and made to order, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store — here’s the straight version.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Just email contact@wealthchaserbrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Buyer’s remorse / wrong choice
Since each item is produced on demand specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or an ordering mistake (wrong design or color chosen). Our hats are one-size with an adjustable strap, so sizing isn’t usually a concern — see our fit guide if you’re unsure.
How to start a claim
Email contact@wealthchaserbrand.com with: your order number, the item, and clear photos of the problem. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
