We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping is already included in the price — no surprise fees at checkout.
Made to order
Every hat is embroidered just for you, so please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You’ll receive tracking by email once it’s on the way; delivery is typically a few business days after that.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and want a hat, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Tracking, delays and addresses
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a reshipment fee. If a package is lost or badly delayed, contact us and we’ll make it right.
